Order placed before 2PM (GMT+1) during work days Monday - Friday will be handeled the same day. Items in stock will shipped the same day. (Monofins and other custom made items exepted)
Which payment methods are accepted?
Pay with card or pay in 30 days, depending on location.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country if outside the EU.
Do I have to pay Swedish VAT?
For customers outside the EU the VAT are reducted when choosing country outside EU in the check out
Returns
14 days retur policy
To return an item via international postal services please complete the Return Form included in your parcel, making sure to enter the most appropriate reason for the return, and fill in all the relevant details. Securely repack the items for return, together with the completed Return Form. Arrange delivery with the local postal service within 14 days of receipt and remember to obtain a certificate of posting. Olanderswim.se do not cover the cost of International Return
