Ordering & Payment

For orders shipped to addresses within the European Union (EU), all prices include Swedish VAT.

For customers outside the EU, Swedish VAT is automatically deducted at checkout when a non-EU delivery country is selected. Please note that local customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by your country's authorities upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept orders from most countries and offer secure payment by Visa and Mastercard.

There is no minimum order value – both small and large orders are welcome.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Most items are packed and dispatched the same day or the next business day.

Secure Card Payments

Pay securely online with Visa or Mastercard. No additional fees apply to credit or debit card transactions.

Invoice Payment – Pay Within 30 Days

Invoice payment is available in selected countries. If this payment option is available for your location, it will be displayed during checkout.

Invoice payments are processed through Klarna/Kustom, allowing you to pay within 30 days according to Klarna's terms and conditions. 

Shipping & Delivery

International Delivery

We ship worldwide in partnership with PostNord and DB Schenker. Depending on the size and weight of your order, it will be delivered as either a letter or parcel and handled locally by the carrier's partner network in your country.

International shipping starts from 60 SEK (approximately €6.50) and varies based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment. The exact shipping cost is always displayed in your shopping cart before checkout.

Delivery within Sweden

For deliveries within Sweden, we work with PostNord and DB Schenker.

Shipping within Sweden starts from 49 SEK. The shipping cost is always shown in your shopping cart before payment.

• PostNord delivers your order as a letter or parcel, depending on its size and weight.
• DB Schenker deliveries are normally available for collection at your nearest service point within 2–5 business days.

If you provide a mobile phone number during checkout, you will receive an SMS notification when your parcel is ready for collection.

Parcels are held for 14 days at the collection point. Please ensure that you collect your order within this period to avoid additional charges. Shipping costs for uncollected parcels will be charged to the customer.

Cash on Delivery is available only for deliveries within Sweden. An additional fee of 40 SEK (approximately €4.30) applies.

You may also choose to collect your order free of charge from our premises at Vivelgatan 8B, Västerås, Sweden. 

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Include all original packaging, labels, tags, boxes, and accessories.
• Be returned in a resalable condition.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must always be tried on over underwear. We cannot accept returns of swimwear that has been worn without underwear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made monofins
• Carbon and fiberglass fin blades
• Other specially manufactured or customized products
