For short and middle distance finswimming or UW-rugby
POwerfins medium stiffness bifins are generally too hard for classic swimmers but can be used for sprint/strength exercises by elite level swimmers.
POwerfins CMAS bifins are made to be the fastest fins when monofins and fins with fiber-blades is not allowed.
100% polymer (TPE rubber) and approved by CMAS for finswimming bifins championships.
Medium stiffness are mainly intended for racing distances 100, 200 (and perhaps 400 meters if you are a top level athlete). For most swimmers the medium stiffness is hard enough for sprinting. For long distance and for young swimmers we always recommend the softer version.
PLEASE NOTE! Foot pocket sizing:
The instep is narrow and the fit is tight for optimum stability and power transmission. Therefore, it is recommended to use soap when putting on the fin. Dip your feet and fins into the water, soap your feet and the inside of the fins before stepping into the fins.
Fit and comfort are absolutely best in combination with neoprene toe caps. To make it easier during training, you can choose the next larger size, but don't oversize for racing!
Remember; do not forget the soap!
Material: 100 % polymer (TPE)
