The soft model is best suited for kids, beginners and teaching. Well trained athletes with a good dolphin technique would better choose hard or medium stiffness even for long distance. PLEASE NOTE! Foot pocket sizing: Choose the next larger size if you don't need maximum speed. The instep is narrow and the fit is tight for optimum stability and power transmission. Therefore, it is recommended to use soap when putting on the fin. Dip your feet and fins into the water, soap your feet and the inside of the fins with a few drops of soap before stepping into the fins.
